У методичних рекомендаціях визначено основи еколого-економічного розвитку аграрного сектору економіки у контексті транскордонного співробітництва. Проаналізовано еколого-економічний стан аграрного сектору прикордонних і транскордонних територій. Розроблено концептуальні положення та принципи формування екологічно безпечного розвитку аграрного сектору в умовах транскордонного співробітництва як парадигми національної екологічної безпеки України. Науково обґрунтовано системну модель економічного розвитку аграрного сектору на прикордонних територіях для забезпечення майбутньої перспективної еколого-економічної інтеграції регіонів суміжних країн. Удосконалено систему інституціонального забезпечення агроекологічної безпеки розвитку прикордонних територій як інституціонального підґрунтя для розвитку аграрного сектору економіки у контексті його інтеграції в глобальну еколого-економічну систему ЄС.

Призначено для державних службовців та наукових працівників, органів територіального управління, керівників і фахівців, які займаються дослідженням соціально-економічних та екологічних проблем розвитку транскордонного співробітництва.

The foundations of the ecological and economic development of the agrarian sector of the economy in the context of cross-border cooperation have been determined. The ecological and economic condition of the agricultural sector of the border and cross-border territories is analyzed. The conceptual provisions and principles of the formation of ecologically safe development of the agricultural sector in the conditions of cross-border cooperation as a paradigm of national ecological security of Ukraine have been developed. The systematic model of the economic development of the agricultural sector in the border areas to ensure future perspective ecological and economic integration of the regions of neighboring countries is scientifically substantiated. The system of institutional provision of agro-ecological security for the development of border areas has been improved as an institutional basis for the development of the agrarian sector of the economy in the context of its integration into the global ecological and economic system of the EU.

Intended for civil servants and academics, territorial management bodies, managers and specialists who are engaged in the study of socio-economic and environmental problems of the development of cross-border cooperation.
