MAIN DIRECTIONS OF LABORATORY ACTIVITY

 

  1. radioecological research in agro-landscapes and forest ecosystems;
  2. carrying out works on radiation inspection of forests, agricultural lands, etc .;
  3. study of the specific activity of radionuclides in agro-industrial products;
  4. advisory assistance on agricultural production in the event of radioactive contamination;
  5. development of scientific-methodical and organizational bases of use and protection of agrarian, forest ecosystems of radioactively contaminated territories and their harmonization to international requirements;
  6. carrying out a dosimetric survey of the population of the territories affected by the Chernobyl accident;
  7. determination of vegetation condition and moisture supply conditions according to satellite data for management structures of different administrative levels;
  8. assessment of the sanitary condition of forest ecosystems using remote sensing of the earth.
